# Setting Up Organizations on my.sonatype.com

[my.sonatype.com](https://my.sonatype.com/) is a self-service hub for creating and configuring organizations with Sonatype product licenses.

**Owners and Admins** can manage the organization by going to _Settings → Organizations_, and selecting the organization.

The following sections detail how to manage your Organization, Members, Member Roles, and more. Expand the section appropriate for your deployment:

****Organization Deletion Restriction****

Organizations with active Cloud products cannot be deleted from my.sonatype.com. Deleting an organization is permanent and removes access to associated tenants and data. If you need to delete an organization, contact Sonatype Support.

## [Sonatype Cloud – Using my.sonatype.com](https://help.sonatype.com/en/using-my-sonatype-com.html\#sonatype-cloud---using-my-sonatype-com_body)

Sonatype automatically creates an Organization for new Sonatype Cloud customers and associates it with your license.

Shortly after you purchase a Sonatype Cloud license, you’ll receive an email with your Organization details and a sign-in link for my.sonatype.com. Select this link to get started.

### Inviting Organization Members

To invite new members to your Organization, take the following steps:

1. In my.sonatype.com, navigate to _Settings → Organizations_, and select the Organization you'd like to manage.

2. Select the _Members_ tab.

3. Select _Invite Members_; then, input the email addresses (required) of the members you want to invite.

4. Select _Send Invitations_.

The invited member will receive a welcome email with instructions for signing up for my.sonatype.com. Once that person creates an account with the specified email address, they'll automatically be added to your Organization.

### Managing Member Roles

### Viewing Billing Information

The billing history view is available only to the account associated with the email address that purchased the Sonatype service.

Billing information in my.sonatype.com provides a self-service way to review billing history and download invoices for eligible Sonatype Cloud subscriptions.

This view is available for eligible self-service credit card subscriptions. If your organization has more than one eligible subscription, invoices for those subscriptions appear together in a single billing history table.

To view billing information:

1. Sign in to **my.sonatype.com** using the account associated with the email address that purchased the Sonatype service.

2. Go to _Settings → Billing_.

You can search, filter, and sort the billing history table to find specific invoices. For organizations with multiple eligible subscriptions, use the product filter to view invoices for a specific Sonatype product.

To download an invoice, find the invoice in the billing history table and select the download link. The invoice downloads as a PDF.
