# my.sonatype.com

Your central hub for managing Sonatype accounts, cloud solutions, and organization settings.

## Creating an Account

1. Go to [**my.sonatype.com**](https://my.sonatype.com/) and select the _Sign In to My Sonatype_ button.

2. Select _Sign Up_.

3. You have two ways to sign up:

- **Option 1**: Enter the requested information and select _Continue_.

- Accept the Terms and Conditions.

- Verify your email address:

1. Visit your email inbox and select the email titled "Verify email." This email will come from donotreply@sonatype.com.
       2. Click the link provided in the email.
       3. Select _Click here to proceed_. You will see a confirmation message indicating that your email address has been verified.

- **Option 2**: Use one of the available SSO options (Google, GitHub, or Microsoft) to sign up directly.

- Accept the Terms and Conditions.

**Note**  
This SSO option is used only for signing in to Sonatype sites such as my.sonatype.com, Maven Central Repository, and Sonatype Support. It is separate from the [Identity Provider (IdP)](https://help.sonatype.com/en/configure-identity-provider.html "Configure Identity Provider (IdP)") you can configure for your organization’s product tenants.

## Signing In

1. Go to [**my.sonatype.com**](https://my.sonatype.com/) and select the _Sign In to My Sonatype_ button.

2. Enter your credentials and select _Sign In_.

When an account already exists for you and your organization uses Google, GitHub, or Microsoft as an SSO solution, select the corresponding button to sign in.

When signing in or signing up with Microsoft using an organization-managed account, your organization’s Microsoft Entra policies may require approval of the Sonatype application. If prompted, contact your IT or Entra administrator. This approval must be completed by your organization, not by the individual user.

## Solutions

The Solutions page provides a centralized view of all your Sonatype Cloud product instances associated with your organization. From here, you can easily identify and launch your licensed solutions such as Guide, Nexus Repository, Lifecycle, Repository Firewall, and SBOM Manager.

### Accessing the Solutions Page

[Sign in](https://help.sonatype.com/en/my-sonatype-com.html#signing-in "Signing In") to **[my.sonatype.com](https://my.sonatype.com/)**. After signing in, the Solutions page opens by default. You can also access it from the left navigation menu by selecting _Solutions_. The page displays all Cloud instances (tenants) that your account has access to. Press the _Enter_ button to open your tenant.

View all your organizations or select a different organization.

## Support

Assistance and troubleshooting resources to help resolve issues quickly. Your organization’s designated support contacts can prioritize and coordinate requests for faster responses.

Office hours, courses, training, and guided learning plans to maximize the value of your Sonatype products.

## Settings

Manage your profile and organizations.

### Profile

Add or change a profile picture, edit your name, select a display theme and reset the password.

### Organizations

View a list of your organizations and manage them.

Organizations in **my.sonatype.com** represent company or team accounts that manage product licenses and user access. Within an organization, you can verify licenses, invite members, assign roles, designate authorized Support Contacts, and configure access for Sonatype Cloud instances. ### Billing

View billing information for eligible Sonatype Cloud subscriptions.

The Billing section provides access to billing history and invoice downloads for eligible self-service credit card subscriptions. The billing history view is available only to the account associated with the email address that purchased the Sonatype service.
