**Data Refresh Frequency:** Updated daily at around 9:00 UTC. New AI model scan data can take up to 24 hours to appear.

**Minimum Requirements:** None

## Overview

This **interactive dashboard** allows you to view all open-source Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) components that have been integrated with your applications in _Lifecycle_. You can sort or filter the AI/ML components based on the type of the algorithm they are based on. This will be helpful in understanding the existing AI/ML adoption patterns in specific business areas and predict future adoption based on the current trends.

**Note**  
Currently supported formats/ecosystems: PyPI, NuGet & CRAN.

This dashboard can currently detect the following categories of AI/ML algorithms or frameworks:

| Computer Vision          | Type of AI that enables computers or systems to understand and interpret visual information from images or videos. |
| Deep Learning            | Subset of machine learning employing neural networks with multiple layers to learn patterns from data |
| Generative AI            | AI to create new, human-like content such as images, text, or code |
| Machine Learning         | Enabling computers to learn from existing data and make predictions or decisions without explicit programming intervention |
| Model Deployment & Operations | Management and deployment of machine learning models in real-world applications |
| Natural Language Processing | AI to enable machines to understand and generate natural human language |

## Get to Know Your ML/AI Dashboard

### Built-in Filters

**AI Type:** You can filter the dashboard results using the filters in the top panel to narrow results by First Scan Date, Organization, Sub Orgs, Application, Stage, AI type, and Subtype.

**First Scan Date**: The date when an application or component was scanned for the first time.

**Note**  
When you select an Organization, only the corresponding Sub Org and Application values under that organization are available for selection. If a selected Sub Org does not contain data, the data from the parent Organization is displayed within the Sub Org scope.

### AI Components in Each Organization

**How it is calculated:**

1. Counts unique component names within the current filter context.
2. Null or empty component names are excluded from the count.
3. The same component appearing in different applications is counted once unless filtered by application.
4. If a component is scanned multiple times across different scan periods, it is counted once per unique component name.

**Note**  
The Totals value displayed in the table represents the total number of unique AI components detected within the current filter context. The Totals value is not calculated as the sum of the individual table row values.

**Note**  
The table displays up to the first 5,000 matching results.

## Additional Supported Operations

You can download the underlying data by clicking on the _kebab_ (3 vertical dots) icon on right top corner of this dashboard.

Using the option, _Schedule Delivery_ as shown below, you can send the dashboard data to multiple email addresses in the preferred format. Supported formats include PDF, CSV or a PNG zip file. Use the _Recurrence_ and time field to set the timing of your data delivery options.

### Troubleshooting

**Problem**  
Clicking on the browser _Refresh_ button may give you the following error:

**Solution**  
Click the _Back_ button on your browser, from the page where you see this error, to go back to the Landing page _Enterprise Reporting_. Select the dashboard you want to view, to reload the visualizations.

**Problem**  
No data visible on the dashboard or any other issues with the dashboard.

Click on _Copy to Support Info to Clipboard_ button and contact [support](https://support.sonatype.com/hc/en-us) with this information.
