Upgrade hangs, Server wont start

I am trying to upgrade our instance of Nexus. I am attempting to do the upgrade between 2.14.5-02 and 2.14.20-02 and when I attempt to start up the newest version of Nexus it hangs and never starts. It hangs with the following seen in the logs.

*TASK org.sonatype.nexus.configuration.application.DefaultNexusConfiguration - Applying Nexus Configuration due to changes in [Scheduled Tasks] made by *TASK…

I see this log several times in the log, before it eventually hangs. At this point I can not get past this point, nor get the server back up and running. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.

At first stop (Ctrl+C) and run again “extracted/bin/nexus run” and copy full output here.
