The rules stopped working Cleanup Policies

The deletion rules for the raw repository have stopped working; stinging may not work for other repositories either. Also the CSV is uploaded empty - this looks like a bug.

Rules 100% were previously working.

How to return a previous view of deleted objects, not via CSV?
