# Source control checkout issues

I’ve had a couple of issues with pull request commenting where IQ would see a new PR, but where cloning it fails due to issues with the PAT. Once the issue has been resolved it still won’t retry the PR evaluation. Is there any way to do this in the web GUI or via the CLI?
