Proxied Docker Repository failling to pull images

I have recently installed Nexus 3.86 and configured it for proxy access to dockerhub.

I have created the DefaultRole for anonymous access, applying it to the anonymous user.

I have configured DockerHub with Path Based Routing.

Allow anonymous docker pull.

When I try to pull a container using podman I get the following error:
