  1. Create waiver with a long string (for example link to corporate Confluence)
  2. Realizing that I inserted something wrong, I’m trying to remove it, but…

There is no button :))

  1. As a solution - editing the html page “on the fly” to add pixels, not very useful))

  2. And one more, to change the text of a comment, you need to delete it, and then recreate.

BTW, this looks like a bug that was fixed in version 91. So if you’re on an older version, try upgrading.
