Nginx client body max size limit

Hi,

Recently we faced an issue while uploading a large file to nexus with nginx throwing error,

413 Request Entity Too Large

nginx/1.19.10

File size we are trying to upload is of 2.7G, is it recommended to increase the nginx file limit? I see this leads to security and performance-related issues while checking online. Any suggestions on this?
