NexusIQ SCM and Spring Dependency Management Gradle Plugin

When using the Spring dependencyManagement DSL provided by the Spring dependency-management Gradle plugin ( Dependency Management Plugin), I’m seeing neither PRs nor PR comments created. Does NexusIQ SCM support the Spring Dependency Management plugin?
