# Nexus Running w FIPS

Any news running Nexus on Linux hosts with FIPS enabled? I am running RHEL8 and spun up a docker container but run into Java errors. I am able to run the same container on another dev instance and seems to work with no issues.

Nexus doesn’t support running on FIPS.
