Nexus Repository Manager v3 doesn’t show add option

Hi,

I currently have a staging repository access on oss.sonatype.org. I would like to create Virtual Repository for the same to get unzipped artifact content. But the “Add Repository” Button is not visible to me. Do I have to request for it to add a repository?
