# 403 error when deploy package

I am trying to migrating from OSSRH service to Central Publishing Portal, and I am using jreleaser to publish the package.

From the log, the variables are loaded from ~/config.toml, and I have tried to set JRELEASER_MAVENCENTRAL_USERNAME and JRELEASER_MAVENCENTRAL_PASSWORD with the account credential as well as the user token, in both way I got 403 forbidden error.
